RETURNS & REFUNDS 
The product we sell is seafood and its storage conditions require special attention. Even a slight temperature difference can cause Our products to spoil. We deliver the product to the customer in special packaging, but unfortunately, we cannot accept any return process, considering the possibility that these rules are not followed during the return.

 

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

Product Characteristics
In accordance with applicable Qatari consumer protection laws, the essential characteristics and prices of products sold on the UGA CAVIAR TRADING W.L.L. website are available on the Site. Each Item is presented with a description of its name, quantity, composition, price, and storage instructions. The photographs illustrating the products are non-contractual and are only indicative of the general presentation. Customers are advised to carefully read the product description before confirming their order.

 

Validity of Product Offers
Product offers are valid for a specific time period.
If a product is unavailable or is out of stock after the order has been placed, The purchaser will be informed by email or telephone within 24 working hours.

The customer may then choose to:

  • Postpone delivery until the product is restocked, where possible.
  • Exchange the missing product for another equivalent in quality and price.
  • Cancel the order and be refunded the price paid.


UGA CAVIAR TRADING W.L.L. reserves the right to refuse any order if it is deemed abnormal, placed in bad faith, or for any other legitimate reason, particularly if there is an ongoing dispute regarding a previous order.


Prices
The product prices on the website are those in effect on the order date. Prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR). 

 

Terms of Payment

The price is payable at the time the order is placed. All orders must be paid in Qatari Riyals (QAR) via approved online payment methods, including major credit cards. Payments are processed securely, and orders will not be dispatched without full payment of goods and delivery charges are done.
UGA CAVIAR TRADING W.L.L. reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of non-payment or payment issues.

To purchase a product, the buyer must:

  • Accurately fill in the identification form with all required details or provide their customer number if they already have one.
  • Complete the online order form, selecting the products and required quantities.
  • Validate the order after checking the summary of the basket (acceptance of terms and conditions is required).
  • Proceed with payment in accordance with the terms.
  • Confirm their order and payment.


All information provided by the buyer is binding. Incorrect entry of name, address, phone number, email, or delivery details resulting in product loss will not be refunded, and the customer will remain liable for payment. The confirmation of the order will serve as proof of transaction acceptance.

Delivery Terms


Current Territory - Delivery Time and Delivery Charges

The online sale of products is reserved for deliveries within the state of Qatar.
Deliveries are made to the address specified on the order form. Customers may 
choose a delivery date, but certain delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  • Orders placed before midday: Earliest delivery is the next working day.
  • Orders placed after midday: Delivery may take up to two working days.

Late deliveries do not automatically result in cancellation. However, if a specific delivery date was a determining factor, the buyer may cancel the sale without prior notice.Delivery charges are calculated automatically and displayed before final order confirmation.

Home Delivery
Deliveries within Qatar are handled by a specialized cold-chain courier service to maintain product integrity. The customer must provide accurate address details, including building access information, to avoid delivery delays.
Delivery cannot be made to P.O. boxes. Any shortages, damages, or anomalies must be reported on the delivery note. The customer must also notify UGA CAVIAR TRADING W.L.L. immediately to initiate any claims.
In case of absence, the recipient will receive a delivery notice to arrange collection within 24 working hours due to the perishable nature of the products. UGA CAVIAR TRADING W.L.L. is not responsible for product deterioration due to delayed collection.
Incorrect address entry causing delivery failure and product loss will not be eligible for refunds.
These terms comply with Qatari consumer protection regulations and ensure transparency in all transactions.
